i have been such a bad blogger. i haven't blogged because i am so busy at work. now i have an morning and afternoon shift. so the update is... i went to see paul in arizona (again) for labor day weekend. i thought the crowd at the airport would be horrible, so i went 3 hours early... it only took like 30 minutes to check in, get my luggage in and to the gate! so i had to eat to pass time at the airport. not that i'm complaining. haha. i got a hotel in sierra vista so it would be near the base. i think paul was really bummed because he was dephased due to a pissed drill seargent (his curfew was 2am and he got back at 1:57am... so the DS yelled at him for 10 minutes and then dephased him). i was just so happy to see him but i think he totally wanted to get out of base (i don't blame him) but he couldn't even wear civilian clothes in the end. i went to see him every moment i had... even early on monday. sad to say but i think that i truly did not appreciate all the time i had with him until he went away, but now i realize more than ever that every minute and second is precious. he didn't say a long good bye. i wanted to but paul wouldn't let it be that way. i thank him for that too. i think i would had been more emotionally drained and tired if i had cried so much. the flight back on monday wasn't bad at all either! it was a great trip!
